Evacuating people from a building in an emergency is one of the few times in life when a 99% success rate is not good enough. Anyone who enters your building must be able to safely evacuate it.
Our PEEPS and Evacuation Chair Training course is fully accredited by the Institute of Fire Safety Managers and has been awarded 6 CPD points.

- developing the ‘PEEP’ with the relevant person(s)
- integrating the ‘PEEP’ with the site Emergency Fire Plan
- establishing a review process for the ‘PEEP’
- determining the need for evacuation chair(s)
- how to safely deploy the evacuation chair(s)
- carrying out safe manual handling of the relevant person(s)
- evacuating the relevant person(s) to safety
- reviewing the process after an evacuation incident
On completion of the training course you will receive a training certificate valid for two years.
